Our Philosophy

We're a startup ourselves and we understand that budgets change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward — no bureaucratic runaround, no hidden terms.

If something goes wrong on our end or you're unhappy with the Service, reach out. We'd rather make it right than lose your trust.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings under Billing → Cancel Subscription.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to all paid features until expiry
  • No further charges are made after cancellation
  • Your account downgrades to the Free plan automatically
  • Scan history is retained according to your original plan's retention period

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time. If you reactivate before your billing period ends, your subscription continues uninterrupted.

Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new monthly subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid period, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual billing date, we will refund the unused portion on a prorated basis. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Automatic Eligibility

  • Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
  • A billing error occurred (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
  • You were charged after cancellation due to a technical error

Billing Disputes

If you see an unexpected charge, don't immediately dispute with your bank — contact us first at [email protected]. Chargebacks result in account suspension, but direct disputes are resolved quickly and amicably.

  • Provide your account email and the charge date
  • We respond to billing disputes within 1 business day
  • Legitimate billing errors are refunded within 5 business days

Trial Access & Beta Access

Free Plan

Our Free plan is genuinely free with no credit card required. There is nothing to cancel or refund for Free plan users.

Beta / Early Access

Users who joined during our beta period under special pricing retain those terms for the duration of their continuous subscription. Beta pricing is grandfathered — it does not reset if you cancel and resubscribe.

AI Credits

AI credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period. Unused credits at the end of a billing period are forfeited and are not refundable.

If you believe credits were consumed due to a platform error (not user-initiated scans), contact support within 7 days for review.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your account email address
  • Briefly describe the reason for your request
  • We'll respond within 1 business day
  • Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days via your original payment method
